THE FIVE OUTSIDE BETS:

12-Number Column Bet: Pays 2 to 1. Put your wager in one of the spots marked "2-1".
12-Number Numerical Bet: Pays 2 to 1: Choose between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd twelve.
18 Numbers Red / Black. Pays 1 to 1. To make this wager, place your chip(s) on red or black.
18 Numbers Odd / Even: Pays 1 to 1.
18 Numbers High / Low: Pays 1 to 1.

Winning Roulette Strategy

The most important winning Roulette strategy is to only play on European Roulette tables with a single zero rather than American tables with a double zero. By doing this you are reducing the house edge from 5.26% to a more acceptable 2.7% and giving you much more chance to beat the casino.
